Do you care for both men and women?
Yes. AgeWell cares for men, women, and couples. Each person gets their own assessment and labs, and couples can come in together for one longer visit, so you both leave with a plan that works for both of you.
What happens in the first conversation?
You’ll talk with our team about what’s changed, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to feel or function differently. We’ll explain the first step, what it costs, and whether AgeWell is likely the right fit.
Do you take insurance?
No. AgeWell is cash-pay, which lets us spend more time with you and personalize your care. Many patients check HSA or FSA eligibility with their plan administrator. Our team will explain costs before you begin.
Does AgeWell replace my primary care provider?
AgeWell specializes in the midlife transition and works alongside your primary care provider. It does not replace primary care.
What happens after my program?
Most patients continue into membership, where we see you and follow your labs every quarter, keep adjusting your plan, and catch changes early. You can also choose to continue with your primary care provider, and we'll send you off with a clear long-term plan.
Do you offer gender-affirming care?
We don't offer gender-affirming care or hormone therapy for transitioning. Our care focuses on hormone, metabolic, and sexual health in midlife. If you're looking for gender-affirming care, we'd encourage you to find a clinician who specializes in it, so you get the expertise you deserve.
