MorpheusV

MorpheusV is an in-office radiofrequency microneedling treatment for vaginal and vulvar tissue. It's designed to stimulate collagen and elastin and may help with laxity, dryness, painful intercourse, reduced sensation, and urinary leakage.

What MorpheusV is

MorpheusV by InMode combines fine microneedling with radiofrequency energy to create gentle mechanical and thermal changes in the tissue. Those changes prompt the body to produce new collagen and elastin, which may help tissue become firmer, softer, and more elastic.

Who it may help

  • Vaginal laxity
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Painful intercourse
  • Reduced sensation during intimacy
  • Urinary frequency, urgency, or incontinence, including overactive bladder
  • Diminished orgasmic response
  • Aesthetic concerns of the labia
  • Lichen sclerosus, often alongside PRP

What to expect

Menopause, pregnancy, childbirth, and normal aging all affect vulvar and vaginal tissue. A MorpheusV series is designed to make tissue softer and more elastic, which may make intimacy more comfortable. This matters most once the tissue changes of perimenopause and menopause are underway.

It's also designed to support the front vaginal wall, which supports the bladder and urethra, and may help with urinary leakage.

How it fits your care at AgeWell

For more significant incontinence, MorpheusV is often combined with V-Tone, which strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. Hormone changes also affect this tissue, so your provider may discuss vaginal hormones or broader hormone care as part of your plan.

We know this can feel like a sensitive subject to raise. You will be cared for in a private, comfortable setting, and your questions are always welcome.

Common questions

Is MorpheusV uncomfortable?

Significant discomfort is not expected. Topical numbing is applied beforehand, and comfort is a priority throughout.

How many sessions will I need?

A series of three treatments spaced about a month apart is typically recommended.

Can it help bladder leaks?

It may, by supporting the tissue around the bladder. For more significant leakage it's often combined with V-Tone.
